This Privacy Policy(" Privacy Policy")is issued by the Project Management Office of Program Kartu Prakerja, a unit responsible for executing Program Kartu Prakerja based on Presidential Regulation Number 36 of 2020 concerning Work Competency Development through Program Kartu Prakerja, as amended by Presidential Regulation Number 76 of 2020 concerning Amendments to Presidential Regulation Number 36 of 2020 concerning Work Competency Development through Program Kartu Prakerja, and Presidential Regulation Number 113 of 2022 concerning the Second Amendment to Presidential Regulation Number 36 of 2020 concerning Work Competency Development through Program Kartu Prakerja. The Project Management Office of Program Kartu Prakerja is located within the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and has its office address at Park Tower, 10th Floor, MNC Center, Jalan Kebon Sirih No. 17-19, Menteng, Central Jakarta(hereinafter referred to as " 'the Project Management Office'" or " "we").This Privacy Policy applies to the Website (as defined below) provided and" Website" adalah www.prakerja.go.id.

The Project Management Office is committed to protect your Personal Data (as defined in Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection and other relevant Indonesian laws and regulations). The Project Management Office may need to transfer your Personal Data to government ministries, agencies, and/or third-party organizations, both within and outside of Indonesia. These transfers are necessary for the processing of your Personal Data for the aforementioned Purposes. By consenting to this, you acknowledge and agree that we are authorized to transfer your Personal Data to these third parties for the Purposes stated above, and that these third parties may further process your Personal Data for the same Purposes. Such transfers will be conducted in compliance with the provisions of Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection and other relevant regulations. The third parties to whom we may disclose your Personal Data include:

• third-party organizations that have collaborated with the Project Management Office to assist us in providing services to you, including installation, maintenance, and repairs;

• other third parties with whom we have a working relationship, including but not limited to those who provide administrative services or other support to us, such as mailing services, call centers, telecommunications companies, information technology companies, and data centers;

• Kartu Prakerja Partners as official partners in the implementation of the Program Kartu Prakerja;

• user researchers, socialization agents, marketing agencies, and/or telemarketing service providers.

• government, regulators, or other organizations to whom we are required to disclose your Personal Data by law or based on orders and/or judgments from judicial institutions;

You hereby agree to update and/or revise any changes to your Personal Data or inform us of any inaccuracies in the Personal Data we hold about you.

Subject to certain exceptions stated in Law No. 27 of 2022 regarding Personal Data Protection and other applicable laws and regulations related to personal data protection, every individual who has provided Personal Data has the right to access and obtain a copy of their Personal Data, complete, update, and/or correct their personal data. You can access, complete, update, and/or correct your Personal Data through the Website.

In the case of updating and/or correcting Personal Data, once we have received sufficient information from you, we will update and/or correct your Personal Data within a maximum period of 3 x 24 (three times twenty-four) hours from the time we receive your request for updating and/or correcting your Personal Data, or within any other timeframe determined in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You may submit a request to delete your Personal Data from our electronic systems and/or withdraw your consent, only if your Personal Data is no longer relevant for us to process as stated in the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. We may be exempted from deleting Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
