What are the requirements to purchase courses on a digital platform?

  • 1 account or user ID on a digital platform only can use 1 Kartu Prakerja number as a payment method and/or cannot use more than 1 (multiple) Kartu Prakerja number.
  • Please ensure you input the correct OTP when making a purchase on a digital platform.
  • Aged 18 (eighteen) to 64 (sixty-four).
  • Not pursuing formal education.
What types of training can I purchase/pay for with Kartu Prakerja?

There are three types of training available:

  • Webinar

    Synchronous training activities that carried out online where training participants and instructors carry out teaching and learning activities at the same time using the live webinar method.

  • SPL (Self-Paced Learning)

    Asynchronous training activities where all material is delivered online via the LMS (Learning Management System) platform and participants do not have to interact in real-time with trainers or other participants at the same time.

  • Offline Training

    Training is delivered synchronously and meets face to face where the trainee and instructor are present in the same room at the same time.

What are the training categories that I can purchase/pay for with Kartu Prakerja?

There is a wide range of training categories that you can purchase with Kartu Prakerja, ranging from technical skills to starting and building a business. The training options include online selling, photography, computer application mastery, language courses, beauty care skills, fitness coaching, earning income from social media, and many more. Is there a time limit for purchasing training programs?

Yes, you can only purchase your first training program within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after being notified as a Kartu Prakerja beneficiary. If you fail to purchase a training program within this time frame, your Kartu Prakerja participation will be deactivated/revoked, and you will not be eligible to rejoin the Kartu Prakerja Program. Your training balance will expire and be returned to the State Treasury.

If you want to buy online trainings, please ensure your purchase is no later than 1 (one) calendar day before the start date of the training. For offline trainings purchase, the limit is no later than 3 (three) calendar days before the start date of the training.

Can I purchase more than one training program?

Yes, you can purchase multiple training programs. However, you are only allowed to purchase the second training program after completing your first training and submitting a rating review. Make sure you have sufficient remaining balance and purchase the second training program within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after completing the first training and submitting the rating review.

What if my training balance is insufficient to purchase my desired training program?

Currently, you can only purchase a training program that is equal to or less than your allocated budget. Therefore, it is important to ensure that your balance is sufficient to cover the cost of the training program you wish to purchase.

What should I do if I am unable to use the training balance on a Digital Platform?

You can contact Digital Platform customer service or you can contact us by filling out the Complaint Form. But first, make sure you have entered the correct Kartu Prakerja number and OTP when purchasing training on the Digital Platform. Apart from that, make sure you have met the criteria to take part in the training, such as the minimum age and minimum education.

What should I do if there are issues with my training purchase?

Please ensure you have sufficient balance when purchasing a course. Use a stable internet connection and make sure to input the correct Kartu Prakerja number and OTP.

Additionally, you have to meet the requirements to join the course, such as minimum age and educational requirements. If you are still facing any issues, you can contact the Digital Platform customer service according to the course you want to purchase.

Is it possible to change the courses that I have purchased?

Yes, you can change your course by firstly canceling the previous course and then purchasing a new one.

Here are the terms and conditions to cancel your course:p>

  • You haven’t joined the courses.
  • Course cancellation should be done a maximum of 3 calendar days after purchase.
  • Course cancellation should be done a maximum of 3 calendar days before the courses start
  • Courses that have been canceled before can no longer be purchased.

Scenario of course cancelation maximum limit:

  • Scenario 1

    Participants purchased a course on 19 July 2023, the course started on 22 July 2023. Participants are only able to cancel the course 3 calendar days before 22 July 2023. Therefore, participants should cancel the purchased course on 19 July 2023.

  • Scenario 2

    Participants purchased a course on 19 July 2023, the course started on 23 July 2023. Therefore, participants can cancel the purchased course from 19 until 20 July 2023.

  • Scenario 3

    Participants purchased a course on 19 July 2023, the course started on 31 July 2023. Therefore, participants will be able to cancel the purchased course from 19 until 22 July 2023.

  • Scenario 4

    Participants purchased a course on 19 July 2023, the course started on 20 July 2023. Participants can no longer cancel the course because the course cancellation should be done at the latest 3 days before the course starts.

Please follow the steps below to make cancellation for your purchased course: Cancellation can be done by clicking on the Cek Detail Transaksi or Lihat Detail button.

Click on Batalkan Pelatihan to cancel the purchased course.

You will be asked to confirm your cancellation request. Click on Batalkan Pelatihan.

Choose the cancellation reason.

Course has been successfully canceled.

After the course has been successfully canceled, you can see your course cancellation history in Riwayat Transaksi.

You will be notified about your course cancellation via email.

Training balance will be refunded to your Prakerja account and we suggest you to purchase another course immediately.

What if I'm unsure which training program to purchase?

You can visit the Digital Platform website to search for training programs that match your interests and needs. Additionally, you can find recommendations for training programs on your dashboard.

You can also consider selecting from the recommended training programs offered by various Digital Platform partners.

Can I search for training programs that I want to take?

Absolutely! Now you can search for the training programs you're interested in directly on your training dashboard.

Type in the name or title of the training program you're looking for

Relevant results will appear based on the keywords you entered.

You can also use filters to refine your search and get more accurate results. You can filter by training price, rating, duration, subject level, and teaching method.

Once you apply the filters, the search results will display accordingly.

Can I request a refund for the training courses that I cannot access?

The refund or reimbursement of training balance that cannot be accessed depends on the policy of each respective Digital Platform where you purchased the training. Please contact the customer service of the Digital Platform for further information.
In addition to the redemption code, why do I need to enter a voucher code to access the training course?

The voucher code is used to verify the course that you will take. If you purchased a course from a Digital Platform that provides a voucher code, you will be required to enter the voucher code along with the redemption code to access your course.

What if I can't continue the training due to issues with the video/webinar?

Please ensure you have a stable internet connection when joining the course and you may try to use another device. If you still have trouble, please contact the relevant training institution.

How to make course redemption?

Participants who successfully redeem the training are participants who input the correct redeem code & have successful facial verification before starting the training.

Online Training
To redeem a training, you need to get the redeem code, which can be found in your training detail page in your dashboard or your email.

  • You can find the redemption code on your dashboard. Click on the training you have purchased under "My Training".

    You can find the redemption code with the following display.

    Or you can check your registered email inbox associated with your Prakerja account. Look for an email with the keyword "Pembelian Pelatihan" (Training Purchase) as mentioned below. You will find the redemption code that you can use to redeem the training.

  • Enter the redemption code to the Training Institution’s LMS (Learning Management System)/Website.
  • After the redemption code is entered on the Training Institution’s LMS (Learning Management System)/Website, you will be directed to the login page on the Prakerja website to carry out facial verification.
  • You will be asked to log in to your Prakerja account. Enter your email and password for your Prakerja account. Enter the OTP code that was sent via email. Click Ya, Berikan Akses to continue with the facial verification process.
  • After successfully logging in and providing access, you can carry out the facial verification. Click Scan Wajah to open the camera, and perform facial verification according to the instructions.
    • Verify your face according to the instructions. For SPL (Self Paced Learning), a maximum of 5 repetitions of facial verification in 1 day and for webinars, a maximum of 10 repetitions of facial verification in 1 day.
  • If you successfully scan your face, then you will be directed to the Redeem Berhasil page and you can start training on the training institute website.

Offline Training

  • If you have purchased an offline training, you can redeem it by visiting the training location and showing the QR code by clicking on the "View QR" button.
  • Show the QR code to the training institution for verification before starting your training.
  • The system is currently verifying your QR code.
  • Your QR code has been successfully verified. You can now participate in the offline training according to the schedule.
  • You will be asked to verify by scanning your face using a device belonging to the Training Institution.

  • Every time before the meeting starts and before the post test.

If you encounter problems during redemption, please ensure that:

Online Training

  • The redeem code is the code that corresponds to the training you purchased
  • The correct redeem code is as shown on your Prakerja dashboard
  • The redeem code has never been used and/or has never been canceled
  • For Webinar training, redeem according to the time limit, which 1 hour before the webinar starts to 1 hour after the webinar starts
  • For SPL (Self-Paced Learning) training, redeem before you start training
  • Perform facial verification. Remember, the verified face must match the one in the Prakerja system

Offline Training

  • The QR Code corresponds to the training you will take
  • The QR Code belongs to the training institution you choose
  • Training has never been used and/or has never been canceled
  • Make redemption according to the schedule, which is 1 hour before the training starts to 2 hour after the training starts

Please ensure that you enter the correct redemption code or show the correct QR Code as provided in the email or course details on your dashboard. If you still face any issues, please fill out the Report Form for further assistance.

Why am I unable to access my purchased training course?

There are several reasons why you cannot access the training you have purchased, such as:

  • Failed to redeem training and/or failed to do the face verification when redeeming.
  • Facial verification has not been successful. You need to verify your face when redeeming training and at each meeting/training session.
  • You may be required to enter a voucher code from the Digital Platform where you purchased the training. You can check the email registered when purchasing the training. You can also confirm directly on the Digital Platform.
  • Forgot account or password on Digital Platforms and Training Institutions. You can reset your password on the Digital Platform site and Training Institution that you use.
  • Have not completed previous training. You must complete the previous training first so you can access the next training.
How do I perform facial verification to attend each training session?

For SPL (Self Paced Learning), you must carry out facial verification before entering each training session. For webinars, you must do facial verification before each meeting day.

  • Before you start a session (SPL) or meeting (webinar), you will be asked to do facial verification.
  • You will be asked to log in to your Prakerja account. Enter your email and password for your Prakerja account. Enter the OTP code that was sent via email. Click Yes, Grant Access to continue with the face verification process. Make sure you are logged in with a Prakerja account in your own name.
  • After the login process is successful, participants will be directed to the face verification page to find out whether the face of those who will carry out the post-test matches the one in the Prakerja system.
    • Click Scan Wajah to open the camera.
    • Scan the face according to instructions. Maximum of 5 repetitions in 1 day (SPL) and 10 repetitions in 1 day (Webinar).
  • If the facial scan is successful, a successful facial verification page will be displayed, then will be forwarded back to the Training Institution's website.
Why am I unable to access the post test?

If you cannot access the post test on the LMS/Training Institute Website, make sure you have successfully carried out facial verification and have submitted all TPM (Independent Practice Assignments) to the Training Institute.

Why am I unable to submit the Skill Test (Unjuk Keterampilan) on the Training Institution's LMS (Learning Management System)/Website?

  • Self-Practice Assignment (Tugas Praktik Mandiri): Given at the end of each training session and aims to provide participants with the opportunity to practice skills on the material they have been trained on or prepare the next training material.
  • Post-Test: Conducted to measure the increase in participants' knowledge after participating in the training.
  • Skill Test (Unjuk Keterampilan): This is the final evaluation of the entire series of training.
I have completed the training, but why hasn't the certificate appeared in my Prakerja dashboard?

The training certificate will appear on your dashboard 7 days after you complete the skills demonstration at the soonest. If the certificate has not appeared on the dashboard within that time, you can contact the Digital Platform contact center or contact us again.

Why is the name on the certificate different from my name?

If there is an error in the name written on the certificate, you can contact the Training Institution for further clarification and assistance. What if the certificate link in my dashboard cannot be opened?

How can I submit a rating and review on my dashboard?

Please ensure that you have completed all the training processes and submitted the skill test (Unjuk Keterampilan) to the Training Institution.

To submit a rating and review on your dashboard, follow these steps:

  • Go to Pelatihan Saya on your dashboard and make sure the Beri Ulasan button is active and colored blue. Click on the button.

  • A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to begin writing your review. Click on Mulai Beri Ulasan

  • Choose the star rating that reflects your satisfaction level with the training course. One star means you are very dissatisfied, while five stars means you are very satisfied. Once you have provided the rating, click Lanjut

  • Write an honest review to improve the quality of the training you have taken. Once you have finished, click Lanjut

  • Review the rating and review you have entered. Make sure they accurately reflect your experience during the training. If everything is correct, click Kirim

  • Your rating and review have been successfully submitted! Now you can purchase other training courses.

Will the rating and review I provide help other Prakerja beneficiaries in choosing their training?
